Job Description:
West Side Church is looking for a children’s director who will work under the family pastor to direct our children’s ministries. The children’s director has oversight over all children’s programs. Running the program includes recruiting, training, and scheduling volunteers and being the direct report for the early childhood and elementary coordinators. The children’s director will be part of the Family Team, working alongside the family pastor and youth director to provide a unified approach for discipling families at West Side Church.
