Would you like to personally experience a trusting relationship with God through Jesus?
Following Jesus begins at the moment you trust Christ the Savior and Lord for your salvation. By his death on the cross, he paid the punishment you deserved for your sin. His resurrection from the dead gives us hope of our own eternal life in the presence of God. He enables us to grow now in our faith by His Holy Spirit through worship, the Bible and prayer. The Bible calls this salvation message ‘The Gospel’.
The Bridge
Would you like to personally experience this trust relationship with God through Jesus? The Bible clearly explains our need for salvation.
Romans 6:23 says, “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
The result of our own sinfulness is death. But God offers the free gift of eternal life. We don’t earn a gift, we simply receive it. How can we receive God’s gift? Through Jesus Christ. By placing our trust in who He is and all He has done through His death and resurrection.
If you are ready to express your trust in God through Jesus Christ, consider this:
First affirm in your heart that God loves you and has come among us in Jesus to reconcile us with Him.
“For God so loved the world that he gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.” John 3:16
Second admit your brokenness and separation from God because of sin.
“For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” Romans 3:23
Third accept Jesus by faith as your personal Savior and Lord.
“To all who received Him, to those who believed in His name, He gave the right to become children of God – children born not of natural descent, nor of human decision or a husband’s will, but born of God.” John 1:12-13
Finally, talk to God using this simple prayer of faith.
“Father in heaven, I know I am a sinful person, and I know my sin separates me from You. But I believe You love me, and I believe that Jesus died for me on the cross and overcame sin and death so I could experience a new life, the way You intended it. I open my heart to You. I repent of my sins and ask Jesus to rescue me and live in and through me. In Christ’s name I ask this. Amen.”
If you opened your heart to God just now, you just took your first step of faith! It is very important that you let someone know. Complete this form and someone will confidentially respond to you and remember you in prayer. We want to help you grow in this very special relationship with God himself!
What’s next?
Baptism is an act of obedience to Jesus’ command by those who believe in him and humbly submit to his authority to live for Him.  We believe Christian baptism is the immersion of a believer in water to symbolically show our faith in the crucified, buried and risen Savior, which has resulted in our death to sin and resurrection to a new life.
